Old? New? A little of both!

Old .... or new...?  The home at 6216 23rd Street was probably built between 1940 and 1950.  When the Overton area was renovated, they began by selling and moving the existing homes to a new neighborhood.  The home at 6216 23rd Street is one of those homes.

The owner, Casey, is a very talented handyman and remodeler.  He created a "new" home out of an "old" one.  The kitchen and bathroom floors are tiled.  The counters and backsplash in the kitchen have an artistic touch. The bathroom shower has been totally redone in tile too.

The wiring has been replaced.  The siding outside has been replaced.  There is a recently installed 7 foot fence with concrete curbing.  Even the garage houses a wood burning stove and that is where the band practices.

The wood floors in the home are original which gives it a quaint homey feeling.  It is a great house!  The price?  $79,950.  Check out the video and let me know what you think.
